CycleFit Weekly Program This group focuses on building your endurance so you can ride 75km-100km+. Meet once per week with your CycleFit Leader and group to complete rides ranging in length from 1.5-2hrs all the way to 4hrs by the end of the program. This program is intended to further develop long distance cycling skills.
Next Clinic is from April 15/2012 to June 24/2012, on Sundays, and no clinic on May 20th.
