8th Annual Glotman•Simpson Cypress Challenge

On Sunday, August 16, 2015, the 8th Annual Glotman•Simpson Cypress Challenge, benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation, will harness the determination of hundreds of cyclists as they climb Cypress Mountain in support of life-saving pancreatic cancer research at the BC Cancer Agency.

In 2014, over 625 riders helped raise an amazing $415,000 towards pancreatic cancer research, bringing  total donations raised to date to over $1.2 million! The funds raised propel research initiatives with the most promise to improve the lives of those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in British Columbia.

This incredible event has built a strong momentum to transform the pancreatic cancer landscape here in our province, such as helping to establish Pancreas Centre BC in 2012, a dedicated research body focused on advancing care for people facing pancreatic cancer.

The goal for 2015 is to have 700 riders join the challenge, to raise $450,000. Help make this goal by registering to ride or support a rider for this amazing cause!
