This is an important notice to all organizers interested in hosting a 2019 Cycling event in British Columbia.

In order to provide better service to our event organizers and members in 2019, Cycling BC will require that all event organizers submit a completed Expression of Interest form for each of their events. By implementing this new procedure, Cycling BC will be able to work with organizers to minimize calendar conflicts and identify opportunities in the provincial event calendar. Further to this, we will endeavour to announce important event dates and locations with more notice.

Preferential calendar placement will be given to those organizers who submit the below Expression of Interest form before January 4th, 2019. Please note that organizers who wish to host a provincial championship event MUST submit this form before the deadline.

Please complete a separate form/entry for each event you plan to host.

Only after your Expression of Interest to host an event is reviewed will you be sent access to the 2019 Event Sanctioning Documents. Event sanctioning should be completed no later than 4 weeks before your event.
