The course will cover the rules\, teach you how to read a license\, handle registration\, provide information about start/finish procedures\, corner rules\, finish line procedure and much more. At the conclusion of the course\, you will have a greater understanding of the role of a commissaire\, increased knowledge of the BMX specific rules and understand how to progress through the ranks from a level C trainee to an international commissaire. \n\n\nNewly trained officials will be prepared to start participating in CBC’s mentorship program\, putting into practice the theory and skills learned at the course\, under the supervision of experienced commissaires to complete their level C certification. DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\n\n\n\n\nLenny’s Last Chance Qualifier is a two (2) day total point (Omnium) BC Cup Event. The Event is being held at Action BMX in Surrey on September 6th & 7th\, 2019. Winners will be determined based on their results over both days of the event. \n  \nIn addition to the BC Cup races \n\nFriday will have a Pro Invitational\, where riders will have to race on the second straight pro line over the Superman Segway (Corner Gap Jump).\nSaturday’s event will include\, a Pro-Am Race for both Male and Female riders\n\nan Old-School BMX Show and Shine\,\nand a Beer Garden\, with beer supplied by Fuggles & Warlock.\n\n\n\n  \nREGISTRATION \nPreregistration can be done through the event page on the Action BMX Facebook Page or over the phone (604) 309-6421 or. Payment will be on site only\, and can be made by cash\, debit or credit card. Registration for Friday will close at 6:30 pm. DESCRIPTION:Ridge Meadows’ BMX Provincial Championships is a single day\, age-based championship event sanctioned by Cycling BC and is run according to the applicable Union Cycliste International (UCI) and Cycling Canada (CC) regulations. The event is being held at Ridge Meadows BMX in Pitt Meadows on May 28th\, 2022. Winners will be determined based on their results during the event. \nEligibility\nAll athletes must have a Cycling BC Race License \n\nUCI Racing Licence\nBC Provincial Race Licence\nSingle Event Licence are not available for this event\n\nEvent Regulations\nThis event is sanctioned by Cycling BC and is run according to the applicable Union Cycliste International (UCI) and Cycling Canada (CC) regulations. \n\nThis is an age group race (there are no class distinctions) to decide the Provincial Champions for each age group.\nRiders aged 12 and under must use flat pedals with no interlocking pedal-cleat system\nFull face helmets must be securely fastened\, and full finger gloves worn when ever the athlete is on the track\nPlates are mandatory to be on your bike whenever you are on the track\, this includes practice times.\nSince we expect many outside riders to this race\, we will not be enforcing the plate colour rule and you will be allowed to use your BMX Canada plate.
