DESCRIPTION:DATE: October 25\, 2018\, at 7:00 PM\nLOCATION: Camosun College\, Lansdowne Campus (Wilna Thomas Building\, Room 203)\, 3100 Foul Bay Road\, Victoria\, BC (map) \nRSVP for the AGM\nOur goal is to maximize the opportunity for all members from across the province to participate in the AGM. To this end\, members will be able to vote online for the Board of Directors election and to participate via live stream and online chat during the AGM. Those unable to attend the meeting online or in-person are able to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. \nIn order to participate in the AGM and vote in the Board of Directors Election\, individuals are required to be registered as a 2018 Cycling BC member by September 25\, 2018. \nTimeline: \nAugust 24 – Notice of AGM\nSeptember 25– closing call for Board of Directors notice of interest/nominations\nSeptember 25 – date to determine list of members\nOctober 18– notice of proxy vote appointment required\nOctober 22 – online voting for Board of Directors election closes at 7pm\nOctober 25 – AGM \n\nMeeting Documents: \n2018 AGM Agenda and Meeting Rules\n2018 AGM Proxy\n2017 AGM Minutes (June 21\, 2017)\n2017 EGM Minutes (October 30)\n2017 Cycling BC Audited Financial Statements
