Loam\, chunky rock slabs\, roots\, and a fair share of jankk! This course\, however\, still has something for everyone. SUMMARY:Island Cup Enduro #4 - Hornby
DESCRIPTION:Hornby is a special place that can claim to be one of the birthplaces of mountain biking in BC. We hosted our first race in 1989 (the first of ten legendary Hornby Island Mountain Bike Festivals) and have been putting on races ever since. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nMount Geoffrey is small\, only 1053 feet high\, but almost all of it is public land\, so there’s lots of space to race. We’ve put together 5 stags that we hope you will love. There will be a limited amount of on-site camping\, and there are other accommodation options available for Hornby. Fernie has a reputation for steep\, technical riding\, but here’s the thing: with this community behind you\, you’ll do things you didn’t think you could. We’re here to give you a boost\, both literally and figuratively. Choose between our Long Course for riders ready to push it\, or our Short Course for those building confidence and skills. \nBetween stages\, the energy is contagious. Social\, supportive\, and unapologetic. This is where you can be serious about your time splits and your mascara.
