Community On-going Participation: Ride Leader Training\nIdeal for adult club participants who lead group activities\, this one day workshop (splits modules A and B) covers the basic principles of coaching and leadership. Module (A) in an indoor\, classroom module that covers ethical decision making\, planning and organizing a ride\, cycling safety and risk management\, and introducing disabled riders to the sport. Module (B) is an interactive\, outdoor module that includes an introduction to skill instruction\, instruction practice and a group ride with the course participants. \nFor adult cycling clubs and other professional cycling instructors\, namely indoor cycling instructors\, the Competition Introduction certification\, specifically the Road/Mtn.
