SUMMARY:Revelstoke Gran Fondo
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Revelstoke Gran Fondo is a mass-participation road cycling event taking place on Saturday\, September 19\, 2026.\nThis event will serve to complement the annual Revelstoke Bike Fest with a road riding component.\n\nLogistics & Safety\nDistances: 100 km and 100-mile routes utilizing the Highway 23 corridor. \nControlled Start: An 8:30 AM neutralized\, slow-speed group rollout from Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) through the town center to ensure public safety. \nTimed Section: Chip-timing begins after crossing the Revelstoke Dam. The competitive finish line is located at the top of the Dam to eliminate high-speed downhill racing risks on the return. \nReturn Course: Cyclists return to the RMR hub as commuters using existing paved bike paths\, minimizing traffic impact and lane closures at a casual pace.
