DESCRIPTION:This September 12-13th Anything Goes Event Series embraces its mountain bike roots\, bringing you our newest event Steep n’ Deep XC at the legendary Fernie Alpine Resort. \nSteep n’ Deep XC showcases a new age of mountain bike racing featuring a 35km cross country style course with 4 unique timed stages around the Resort that will count towards riders overall time. Riders will experience the many phases of mountain biking from hootin’ & hollerin’ on burly descents to feeling the burn up the steep climbs and socializing with your pals during the transfers. Following an enduro-style format\, only your time within these stages counts toward your overall result\, meaning between the full-throttle efforts you’ll have time to recover\, refuel\, and socialize with your pals on the transfers to the next timed stage. We’re here to give you a boost\, both literally and figuratively. Choose between our Long Course for riders ready to push it\, or our Short Course for those building confidence and skills. \nBetween stages\, the energy is contagious.
