Get dirty.\nSunday\, October 18\, 2026\, 9 am \nVictoria’s ONLY mass participation off-road cycling event winds through flowy pine-needle trails and hairpin turns\, over hills\, roots and rocks\, past curious donkeys and horses\, and churns through chunky peanut butter mud and puddles. Oh\, and maybe a few hike-a-bike sections to keep it legit. \nFeaturing: The Highlands. Hartland Mountain Bike Park. Vancouver Island Tech Park. Francis King & Thetis Lake Regional Parks. Private property that owners are opening up for this one day. \nWorried about how much energy you’ll expend? We’ll keep you fuelled along the route! And when you’re done\, there will be food and bevvy to help you recharge! \nThis event is a fundraiser for the Tripleshot Cycling Club youth cycling program and will support the development of year-round training for 11-18 year olds who train hard and love to compete in cross\, road\, track and mountain bike at local\, provincial\, national and international levels. Since 2016\, thanks to the generous donations of the participants\, we have been able to donate $16\,500 of the funds raised to support the South Vancouver Island Nature Trail Society and the South Island Mountain Bike Society\, two hard-working not-for-profits that work to connect and build trail systems for all to enjoy. \nThank you to those who have donated to the Lindsay Burgess Legacy Fund to honour the seven-time Tripleshot CrossFondo rider. A new fund has been set up through the Victoria Foundation that will assist women so they can offer mentorship and coaching to young riders as Lindsay did. SUMMARY:Cross Club p/b Pro City Racing 2026
DESCRIPTION:This year’s Wednesday night training is presented by Pro City Racing and is scheduled between September 10th and October 28th. \nThese events are sanctioned through Cycling BC as a Grassroots 100 event and all participants must hold a current Cycling BC membership\, or UCI License. \nOur events are weather-dependent; please check our Facebook page or email for updates on the day. \nWe offer two groups of riders: \n\nGROUP B athletes are often new to cyclocross (i.e.\, Category 4\, 5 and beginners).\nGROUP A includes experienced cyclocross competitors (i.e.\, Category 1\,2\,3 racers).\n\nAthletes are welcome to change groups throughout the season. GROUP B starts at 5:30 pm\, and GROUP A starts at 6:00 pm. \nPlease consider arriving early or staying late to help with setup and tear-down (many hands make light work!). Let’s have some fun on our bikes.

DESCRIPTION:A beginner-friendly\, skills-based gravel clinic designed to teach skills\, and grow confidence in riding off-road.\n \nThis 5-week program includes 2-3 hour skill and riding clinics designed for bike riders who would like to build confidence riding off-road on gravel and dirt surfaces. School of Rocks Victoria is inclusive and beginner-friendly. \nA portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lindsay Burgess Legacy Fund in memory of Lindsay and in support of women and girls in cycling.
