The Canada Cup XC Series is Canada’s premier national cross‑country mountain bike racing circuit\, designed to bridge the gap between provincial racing and top‑level international competition. It brings together developing riders\, elite athletes\, and international racers across a series of UCI‑sanctioned events held nationwide. \n​The Langford Bikefest also features grass-roots mountain bike racing by hosting the first race of the Island Cup XC series.
