DESCRIPTION:Training to Race\nThe module helps you learn how to manage a club or team for participants in the “Learn to Train” and “Train to Train” stages of the Long Term Development. \nParticipants work through various individual and small group activities and prepare an annual training plan\, an event travel plan\, and more! \nThe module is facilitated online over 4 x 3-hour sessions. Participants are expected to attend and actively participate in each session. Please ensure that your video and microphone are working well and that you have completed the pre-event homework (included in your registration confirmation email).
