DESCRIPTION:Training to Race\nThe course helps you learn how to manage a club or team for participants in the “Learn to Train” and “Train to Train” stages of Long Term Development. \nParticipants work through various individual and small group activities and prepare an annual training plan\, an event travel plan\, and more. \nThis course is administered online by Cycling Canada using Microsoft Teams and includes six 2-hour sessions.
