Prior to living on Vancouver Island, Lauren was the Head Coach for a large cycling club in Canmore, AB organizing and implementing cycling instruction for adults and youth. And while she enjoys coaching and instructing all ages and genders, Lauren truest form of coaching-bliss is working with school aged kids, helping to create that spark for cycling that will last a lifetime.
