“Being a Track and Road racer I have very short off seasons. After the Track season ends in March I find it really important for me to take some time off and away from the bike for about week. This gives me much needed mental and physical recovery. With out these short breaks between the winter Track racing and Summer Road racing, one season would blend into the next. The breaks are so important and they keep me sharp and ready for the summer racing season.”
