Women’s Performance Skills Series

For the 4th year running, Glotman•Simpson Cycling’s women’s race ambassadors are excited to be coaching a women’s only learn to ride clinic, to give beginner to intermediate women cyclists the skills and knowledge to be confident on the bike, and acquire the skills needed for group riding situations, be it casual group rides, or granfondos.

The clinic will be running every Wednesday evening in June, with the 4th session taking place at West 4th Physio for a chat about injury prevention. Complete session details are available at glotmansimpsoncycling.ca/clinics.

To get as many women as possible excited about road riding, the clinic is open to Glotman•Simpson members and non-members alike. Participants should be comfortable riding their bikes for two hours at a moderate pace. Exercises will focus on bike handling skills, pacelines, cornering, nutrition and injury prevention.
