Cycling BC is pleased to announce that it now offers its members optional bicycle insurance coverage for bicycle loss or damage.
The Performance Bike Insurance Program provided through Cycling BC’s insurance broker, Jones Brown Inc., is only available to Cycling BC members and can cover up to $15,000 in annual coverage for the physical loss or damage of a bike during a sanctioned event or registered club ride. Loss of a bike due to theft at home is also covered but does not include coverage for damage or loss of a bike during commutes.
The annual bike insurance program is optional for all current Cycling BC members and can be purchased separately through Cycling BC. Coverage expires at midnight on December 31st of the year it was purchased.
