2019 Cycling BC Community Award Winners

 

Cycling BC is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 Cycling BC Community Awards. The annual award winners are selected by the Cycling BC community to recognize individuals and groups that have demonstrated exceptional achievement, performance, contribution, and dedication to the sport of cycling in British Columbia.

The winners will be recognized and will receive their awards at the Cycling BC Season Wrap-up Party & Awards on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at the BC Sports Hall of Fame at BC Place in Vancouver.

Junior Female Sportsperson of the Year  – Sarah Van Dam

Junior Male Sportsperson of the Year – Riley Pickrell

Elite Female Sportsperson of the Year – Zoe Saccio

Elite Male Sportsperson of the Year – Garrett MacIntosh

Master Female Sportsperson of the Year – Heather Simonson

Master Male Sportsperson of the Year – Jeffrey Werner

Volunteer of the Year – Ryan Cousineau

Coach of the Year – Cory Leclerc

Official of the Year – Heather Kay

Team of the Year – Rippers Lounge Racing

Club of the Year – Tripleshot Cycling Club

Event of the Year – Awesome Grand Prix

Bike Shop of the Year – Dunbar/Corsa Cycles

 

Cycling BC and its partners are excited to bring the cycling community together to celebrate the year in cycling and to recognize this year’s Provincial Champions, BC Cup, and Community Awards winners. Congratulations to all the winners and a big thank you to everyone that took the time to vote.
