All members are invited to join us for the 2020 Cycling BC Annual General Meeting at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. This year’s AGM is going to be a virtual AGM held via online video conferencing.
Details on how to participate in the virtual AGM will be made available in the coming weeks. Please RSVP for the AGM and you will be emailed a link to the online video conference in advance of the event.
In order to participate in the AGM and vote in the Board of Directors Election, individuals must be registered as a 2020 Cycling BC member on or before August 16, 2020.
CYCLING BC BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
There will be three (3) vacant positions to be filled by members in good standing elected for two-year terms at the 2020 AGM. The new board members will take office shortly after the AGM.

Notice in writing of any other items of business must be submitted to the Board of Directors within seven (7) days of receiving this notice of the meeting of the Members in accordance with procedures as approved by the Board. Copies of all such proposals together with copies of any amendments thereto then proposed by the Board and copies of all resolutions put forward by the Board will be sent to all Members no later than ten (10) days prior to the meeting.
