Cycling BC Board Information Session, March 31: Audio Recording

Cycling BC would like to thank everybody who attended the Cycling BC Board Information Session on March 31, 2021. For those who were not able to attend, we have posted the audio recording of the meeting below.

Cycling BC’s Board of Directors are responsible for helping steer the direction of the organization – working in collaboration with fellow board members and the Cycling BC CEO to ensure that we stay on course with our strategic and business plans. Cycling BC requires board representatives with a diverse range of experience to keep Cycling BC moving in the right direction.

To be eligible for nomination as a Cycling BC Director, a person must:

a) commit to attending Board of Director meetings and faithfully serve the needs of the members through active participation in committee work,
b) be 18 years of age or older,
c) be a Member of the Society,
d) have the power under law to contract,
e) not have been declared by any court to be incapable,
f) not have the status of bankrupt.
g) not been convicted of an offence in connection with the promotion, formation, or management of a corporation or an unincorporated entity, or of an offence involving fraud.
