NEW RIDERS ARE WELCOME! \nSpecial Promotion: \nNo fee for riders under 19 \nFormat: One event of 40-km individual and team time trials (up to 4 riders). \nSign on: Duncan Meadows Golf Course parking lot 6507 North Rd. Duncan (3 km from Hwy 1 and 18)  from 1100 to 1145. \nSee map: Map Location Click Here \nStart: 3.7 km from the golf club on the Cowichan Lake Rd (NOT Hwy 18) at the intersection with Payne Rd. W (second intersection of Payne Rd.) at noon. \nCourse: Rolling course towards Lake Cowichan on Cowichan Lake Rd.\, turn left at Greendale Rd triangle and return on Cowichan Lake Rd. to finish opposite the start. \nRace Fee: $20 for ages 19 and up. \nAll riders must have a UCI Cycling for All membership or Race Licence or UCI Licence or proof of purchase for insurance purposes. No licence\, no ride.
