Cycling BC has established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee to develop initiatives to encourage and develop diversity in our cycling community.
In this first year, our focus will be on brainstorming ideas and exploring two or three initiatives that we can execute in 2022, including amplifying the Truth & Reconciliation conversation and expanding the activation we started in September.
In addition, we invite ideas from the community to ensure that our programming is offered in diverse ways. The committee will also help Cycling BC staff to develop resources to enhance diversity at the club level.
We are seeking 2-3 members from the community to join this committee.
