Cycling BC is the provincial governing body for the sport of cycling in British Columbia. We represent the full range of disciplines including Road, Track, Cyclo-cross, Mountain Biking Cross-country (XC), Downhill, BMX and Para-cycling.
Our main responsibilities include:
Cycling BC exists to govern competition and to strengthen the sport of cycling across British Columbia by serving and supporting the community of clubs, event organizers, officials, coaches, and athletes across disciplines and levels.
Through strategic direction, education, and collaboration, we work in partnership with local leaders who deliver programs on the ground, helping build the systems, connections, and pathways that make participation, skill development, and high-performance excellence possible, from grassroots to elite competition.
An inclusive and thriving cycling community that offers meaningful opportunities for riders of all abilities to pursue growth, excellence, and lifelong participation in the sport.
We’re all in this together. These values are ones we ask our staff and Board members to uphold in their work, but our whole community benefits when everyone—members included—puts these values into practice.
