Volunteer at the 2026 Whistler MTB Downhill World Cup
The world’s best downhill riders are coming to Whistler—and you can be part of the team that makes the weekend happen.
Cycling BC is teaming up with Whistler Blackcomb to recruit volunteers for the UCI MTB Downhill World Cup, September 25–27, 2026.
Experience the World Cup from behind the scenes, meet fellow cycling enthusiasts, and give back to the sport at the same time.
Every volunteer shift completed by a Cycling BC member volunteer results in a donation from Whistler Blackcomb’s (Vail Resorts) Epic Promise Foundation back to Cycling BC!
Volunteer Roles
Volunteers will help support the event in a variety of roles, including:

Volunteer and Give Back
Whistler Blackcomb’s (Vail Resorts) Epic Promise Foundation is supporting Cycling BC through this volunteer opportunity. For each volunteer shift completed by a Cycling BC volunteer, Whistler Blackcomb will make a donation to Cycling BC, reinvesting in the sport you love. It’s a simple way to make your time volunteering count towards something beyond race weekend.
