CELEBRATING 12 YEARS OF EVENT LEADERSHIP

Where Western Canada’s Endurance Events Come to Plan Their Best Seasons Yet.

Now in its 12th year, the Race Directors’ Conference continues to be the go-to gathering for endurance event organizers across Canada. Co-hosted by Triathlon BC, BC Athletics, and now welcoming Cycling BC, this in-person forum unites event producers representing 300,000+ participants and 250+ sanctioned events across regional, provincial, national, and international calendars.

This is a full-day program designed to be collaborative and interactive — built to inspire, inform, and connect. Expect a mix of presentations, panels, and hands-on discussions that tackle the real challenges of sport delivery today.
