Cycling BC is currently searching for its new Associate Director, Sport Performance, Coaching and Education to lead the strategic development, delivery, and management of Cycling BC’s performance sport, coaching and education programs.
This role is a systems-builder and community leader who’s ready to shape how cycling grows in this province for years to come. You’ll be leading the design and delivery of athlete development pathways, coaching and officiating education, youth programs, and high-performance frameworks; working across all cycling disciplines.
We’re looking for someone who can move between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, with a passion for cycling and a commitment to inclusive, community-first sport.
