Big White Ski Resort Hosts Unforgettable 2025 BC Mountain Bike Downhill Championships and Penultimate BC Cup.

Big White Ski Resort hosted the penultimate race in the 2025 BC Cup Downhill Series, which also served as the 2025 BC Provincial Downhill Championships. From August 22 to 24, riders from across the province and around the world gathered to compete against their peers at Big White’s bike park. The double feature event saw participation from downhill mountain bikers of all ages and abilities, with provincial championship titles on the line, as well as critical BC Cup points.

Big White’s Catapult Ranch track served as the race course for the weekend, giving riders a technically challenging track with steep drops, sharp loose corners, large jumps, and rugged rock sections. The track’s raw natural terrain was also paired with upgraded machine-built “motorway” bike park flow sections.
Victors were crowned across various age and category skill levels.
