Adventure Awaits: Ride BC’s Iconic Mountain Biking Destinations

The 2026 BC Cup Downhill race series is more than a competition; it’s an exploration of British Columbia’s most majestic mountain biking landscapes. With 8 races at world-class venues, the 2026 BC Cup ensures that every stop on the circuit offers riders a unique experience. The series begins with the Whistler BC Cup and the 2026 BC Provincial Championships, setting the stage for an exciting downhill racing season ahead.

🇨🇦 Remember to also mark your calendars for the 2026 Canadian National Downhill Championships, part of the Dunbar Summer Series (not a BC Cup), taking place from July 24 to 26, 2026, at Sun Peaks Resort.

While the clock measures your time and results, we know the real value of the BC Cup is found in the community that is built around it. The series is designed not only to be a platform for development and competition, but it’s also meant to be a gathering point where riders from across the province reconnect, where younger riders find inspiration for their future in the sport, and where families build memories together, with each host ready to welcome everyone to their venue.

BC Cup Series Structure & Points

To be crowned the overall BC Cup winner, consistency is key. This year, your top five results out of the eight races will count toward your final standing. Therefore, riders who compete in all eight races will be able to drop their three lowest results. This allows riders the flexibility to manage their season while still rewarding those who show up and give it their all throughout the series.
