Congratulations to Matt Powell of Victoria, BC for winning the second draw of our 50/50 online raffle fundraiser with a total jackpot of $600.00.
The winning ticket number C-1226 was selected by a random draw utilizing a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
Thank you to everyone who supported our first two 50/50 fundraiser draws. A total of 1,636 tickets were sold for a total of $2,630 and net proceeds will help Cycling BC to continue to provide high-quality coaching, training, and development opportunities to athletes across all cycling disciplines, as well as to support the growth and development of local cycling clubs and events.
While the winning ticket receives 50% of the proceeds from the draw, partial proceeds from the first raffle draw on May 9, 2023, will be directed to Escape Velocity Cycling Club and the second draw on July 30, 2023, will go to the Greater Victoria Velodrome Association.
While the 50/50 fundraisers are over, donations to Cycling BC are accepted at any time with a tax receipt provided via the BC Amateur Sport Fund. Donate today!
