Cycling BC’s Membership Platform is Getting an Upgrade

The Cycling BC membership platform used to manage your membership and register for events is getting a fresh update. CCN Bikes is being rebranded to Uplifter Cycling. The look is changing, but your account, your data, and your login all stay exactly the same.

A blue desktop monitor displays the Uplifter logo.

What You’ll See

A new website and login. When you visit the platform, you’ll see a new landing page at upliftercycling.com and a refreshed login page. Your existing ccnbikes.com bookmarks will continue to work — they’ll redirect you automatically. Your username and password stay the same.

A new membership dashboard. Once logged in, you’ll see a redesigned version of your personal dashboard (sometimes called MyPages). This will display banners with information from Cycling BC about your membership, your recent registrations, and your membership status. The new interface also makes it easier to update your address and change who is the primary profile on your account.

Helpful for families. If your family has multiple profiles on the platform, the updated dashboard makes it easier to manage permissions and see everything in one place. If you’d like to consolidate multiple accounts to simplify your experience, please contact support@uplifterinc.com and the Uplifter team can help.

Coming Soon

Uplifter Mobile App. A mobile app is on the way that will make it easier to manage your memberships, view your registrations, and stay connected with your club — all from your phone. A pilot is coming soon with wider release to follow. During the pilot, the Uplifter team will be gathering feedback to make sure the app works well for members like you.

What You Need to Do

The new interface goes live in August. When it does, simply log in as usual. Everything carries over automatically — your membership, your registrations, your profile. No action is needed on your end.

Once the new interface is live, you’ll see a banner at the top of the screen with information about the changes and links to helpful guides. The banner will stay up for 45 days. During that time, if you prefer the previous layout, you can toggle your dashboard back to the old view.
