Learn to Race ROAD43

New for 2023, this 1x 4-hour skills and riding clinic is designed for competitive road cyclists who wish to improve riding in the pack at speed and earn five Category 3 upgrade points.

Skills Include:

• Taking a feed bottle
• Seated Accelerations
• Standing Sprints
• Moving in the pack
• Pacelines at speed
• Cornering at speed

Over the day, we will tackle each skill through games, activities, and challenges. The session occurs in controlled paved areas before some open-road riding in the afternoon.

Please dress and fuel for a long day on the bike!

Athletes may be allowed to complete a 10-20 minute effort per their individual training needs.
