Newton Heights Road Race

The Victoria Cycling League (VCL) is a collection of local bicycle retailers and cycling clubs that organize weekly road races throughout the spring, summer and fall. The VCL is based out of Victoria, on Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada. The VCL is a completely not-for-profit group. Their priority is to provide cycling enthusiasts and dedicated racers alike, with safe, fun, and challenging race courses aimed for engaging athletes and their progression within the sport of cycling. The VCL promotes and supports all levels of cycling, healthy lifestyles, and overall, general awesomeness.
