**For Field Trips**
If you are requesting BOTH an in-school program and a field trip, you will be required to complete this booking form separately for your field trip. Please note, field trips for more that 15 students are subject to a surchage to hire a 3rd qualified leader.

Participating Grades*
To select multiple grades, please hold "ctrl" during selection. Our in-school program is designed for grades 4-6. Grade 7 students can participant but are asked to bring their own bicycle. For field trip programs, please see the event-specific guidelines.

How many classes are going to participate? HopOn requires a minimum of 80 students to visit. We prefer to visit 5 classes per school, this way we can visit for 45-60 minutes per class. *Special exceptions may apply*

What is your requested HopOn program length? Please note, that 1st-year events are limited to 3 days. In-School programs can be stretched to a 4-day event; however, a school will be asked to pay for the extra sessions. Indoor Field Trips are designated as a 1/2-day program.

Since 2019, our in-school program provides 25 bicycles and helmets for every school booking. Sizes vary and are designed for children between 4-5.5 feet tall.
