  • I declare that I have reviewed the discipline-specific Organizer Agreements and confirm I have the capacity to uphold the minimum standard.
  • I declare that I have successfully facilitated at minimum, three A-level sanctioned events in the past 5 years and thus am sufficiently experienced to take on the additional responsibilities associated with organizing a AA-level event (Provincial Championships).
  • By submitting this bid, I declare that if awarded, I will facilitate the event as agreed upon by the answers and notes disclosed in this application, and complete the official sanctioning application within 30 days. Failure to submit the sanctioning application and pay the upfront fee will nullify any previously succesful bid.
