Some of BC Best Road Riders in Quebec for Road Nationals

A contingent of BC’s fastest bike racers arrived in Lac Megantic, Quebec, for the 2012 Cold FX Canadian Road Championships presented by Canadian Tire. 

The group is diverse, with a mixture of full time professional riders alongside a strong core of BC development riders.

Immediately after finishing the Tour de Beauce – Christian Meier and Svein Tuft, Sebastian Salas and Marsh Cooper, Jamie Sparling, Nic Hamilton, Ben Chaddock, joined the group as we get ready for the Time Trial tomorrow.

 

 A BIG THANKS to everyone back in BC for the continued support we really are very luck to have such wonderful people helping us.

 

Also in attendance is Jasmin Glaesser, who will be competing for a championship jersey in advance of representing Canada at the 2012 London Olympics on the track as a member of the women’s team pursuit squad. Moriah McGregor, and Rachel Canning are also taking part in the national championships

A young BC development squad comes to Lac Megantic looking for invaluable experience and high placings against the best in the country. The team is led by Provincial Road Race Champion, Jacob Schwingboth, along with a group of BC’s best, including Jesse Reams, Cody Campbell, Alex Cataford , Dylan Cunningham, and Kyle Buckosky

 

Coach Jeff Ain is leading the team with Tim Sherstobitoff and Richard Wooles in support..
