March retired from athletics to take up hand cycling and was the first woman to  make the national team for para-cycling.  The team selections for the 2012 London Summer Paralympic Games will be made this June. March explains that qualifications take into consideration your performance over the last year and your results in the World Cup events in Spain, Rome and pre-Paralympic event in London.

The para-cycling event is a 40-60km road race and a 20km time trial to be held on Wednesday September 5 – Saturday September 8 2012 at Brands Hatch
