Cycling BC Team Ready for Canadian Junior/U17 National Track Championships

Cycling BC’s targeted athletes in track cycling will be heading to the National Cycling Centre in Milton, Ontario this weekend, April 8th-10th, to represent BC in the 2022 U17/Junior National Track Cycling Championships. Members of the Cycling BC Provincial Team will be vying for the coveted national champion’s maple leaf jersey alongside 75 other athletes from other provinces in the following events on the track:

  • Individual Pursuit
  • Elimination
  • Points Race
  • Scratch Race
  • Sprint
  • Keirin
  • Kilo/500m
  • Team Pursuit
  • Team Sprint
  • Madison (Jr)
  • Madison (U17 Exhibition/Non-championship event)

The Canadian Track Championships is a UCI CN class track event and UCI points will be allocated for the categories and events according to UCI regulations.
