Vote Results: Updates to Cycling BC Bylaws

Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent vote on the proposed bylaw amendments. Your engagement is critical to the success of Cycling BC.

The proposed amendments to the bylaws were presented by the Board for members to vote on electronically from June 16 to 22, 2025. Each amendment is considered a Special Resolution, requiring a two-thirds majority to pass. You can find a summary of the motions here: AGM Slide Deck – Motion Summaries.

Bylaw amendments that passed will come into effect immediately. For the bylaw amendment that did not pass, the bylaw will remain unchanged—the Board will review the outcome and consider the next steps for this area.
