The proposed amendments to the bylaws were presented by the Board for members to vote on electronically from June 16 to 22, 2025. Bylaw amendments that passed will come into effect immediately. For the bylaw amendment that did not pass, the bylaw will remain unchanged—the Board will review the outcome and consider the next steps for this area.
