2025/2026 Community Sport for All Initiative (CSAI) Grant Applications Open | Apply by Dec 20, 2025

Cycling BC is thrilled to announce that the 2025/2026 intake of the Community Sport for All Grant applications, offering up to $15,000 to Cycling BC-affiliated clubs to deliver HopOn and/or HopOn Bridge programs to underrepresented groups, in particular, Black, Indigenous, racialized communities, 2SLGBTQI+, low-income people, persons with a disability, newcomers and seniors.

Designed to bolster community programming under the Community Sport for All Initiative (CSAI) by Sport Canada, this year’s round invites applications until December 20, 2025.

Whether you’re launching learn-to-ride workshops, girls development teams, or inclusive outreach programs, if your club has a clear plan on how to grow participation in sport and foster safe, fun cycling programming, we encourage you to apply.

Cycling BC-affiliated clubs can apply for grants between $2,000 to a maximum amount of $15,000, split over two years, that can be used towards:

  • HopOn-trained Instructors and NCCP-certified Learning Facilitators
  • Program subsidies (e.g., registration fees)
  • Equipment needs (bikes, helmets, trailer, maintenance, insurance, etc.)

Applications must be submitted by December 20, 2025, for projects running through 2026. Successful clubs will be notified by mid-February 2026.
