WE’RE BACK! Join us on May 27th, for the second annual Rotary Century Ride! 100% of the $26.50 entry will be going to support both the eradication of polio as well as build a library for New Westminster’s own Purpose Secondary School in an effort to help raise literacy. Now you may be wondering why such an arbitrary entry fee?? That is the original donation that started Rotary International over 100 YEARS AGO!

Proudly Sponsored by: Caps “The Original Bike Shop”, I4 Property Group, Haze Hartwig – Coldwell Banker Prestige Realty, Sapperton District Taphouse

This ride will commence from the start at Cap’s Bicycles New Westminster (434A East Columbia Street) and will have 3 routes to choose from:

  1. 35 km (picnic ride)
  2. 100 km
  3. 100 mi / 160 km (imperial century ride)

PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN IN PRIOR TO THE 9:00am START TIME TO SELECT WHICH DISTANCE.

Everyone will be provided with a control card at sign-in. The route will be either 35km, 100km or 100miles in distance. Strava routes are used for navigation – you can either download the route to your GPS/ Phone or print off turn-by-turn directions at home. The picnic ride has a group leader.

Our picnic ride route will finish at Trout Lake . You then have the option to ride back or take the Skytrain.

Riders will follow the route and complete their control card by answering questions at each control point. If you`ve taken part in a Brevet – this will be a similar format but without the strict time limits.

Following completion of the ride there will be refreshments!
