Learn to Race ROAD54

This SPECIALLY MODIFIED 2-hour skills and riding clinic is designed for road cyclists who want to learn how to ride in a group and feel more confident in a competitive riding environment and works in HARMONY WITH OUR ROAD INSTRUCTOR WEEKEND.

As a result, this consolidated and discounted Learn to Ride/Race clinic provides our members a low-cost way to meet the community, learn new skills, and help our new instructors find their voice.

Please be ready to explore slow-speed skills (please bring flat pedals and running shoes, or request to borrow a set from us during registration). If it is safe, we may also do some group riding on open roads. No upgrade points are available for clinic participants since we will not complete the entire curriculum. As a result, this clinic is available at a 50% discounted price.

• Shoulder bump (on grass)
• Corner with a partner
• Follow a wheel
• Introduction to pacelines (single, rotation, combo)
• Stand & Pedal (introduction to sprint/climbing)
