The Canadian Road Championships bring together the nation’s fastest riders to vie for the coveted maple leaf jersey and the title of national champion. The eight athletes from BC will be supported on the project by Cycling BC coaches and staff including Houshang Amiri, Brandon Archer, and Erin Waugh.

Cycling BC BMX coaches, Mischa Partridge and Adam Muys, will be supporting the team at the national championships. The athletes have been working hard at training at camps throughout the season in preparation for nationals. “The development team had a great session working on the technical track,” said Mischa Partridge, BMX Coach for Cycling BC after a team’s training session in Abbotsford. “The targeted athletes got some practice in on the Supercross hill before heading out to the national championships next week.”
