The 2024 Canadian Masters Road Championships are about to get underway in Victoria, BC, where new national Time Trial, Criterium, and Road Race champions will be crowned between July 19th to 21st. The road championships weekend will kick off with a new Time Trial course in North Saanich on Friday, July 19th, followed by the Road Race in Metchosin on Saturday, July 20th, and capped off with the Criterium Championship in front of the iconic BC legislature building in downtown Victoria on Sunday, July 21st.

“This will be our third Canadian championship event, after hosting the Canadian Masters Road Cycling Championships in 2018 and 2019 and the Canadian Cyclo-cross Championships in 2022 and 2023,” said Jon Watkins, event director at Panache Cycling. “We are very excited to welcome the Masters back to Victoria and offer participants an exceptional weekend of racing. We want to build on the lessons learned from organizing this event over five years ago and make things even better.”
