at Jaycee House near Inter-River Park in North Vancouver (1251 Lillooet Road)

WHO: Any 2013 registered member
VOTING PRIVELEGES: Any Cycling BC License Holder
** must have a CITIZEN or UCI/CC RACE/TECHNICAL LICENSE to vote **

as maximum capacity at Jaycee Hall is 150 people!
