With the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and in the interest of the safety of our staff, board, and members, the Cycling BC Board of Directors have made a decision to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting of members of Cycling BC to Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
We hope that this postponement will allow us the opportunity to hold a customary AGM. However, given that the COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, there is a possibility that we may hold an entirely virtual AGM.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates to the alternative plan for our 2020 AGM. A Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors will be sent out next week as there are three (3) board positions up for election this year.
