Congratulations to Tammy Brimner of Vancouver, BC for winning $1,015 in our first 50/50 online raffle fundraiser.
The winning ticket number D-1880 was selected by a random draw utilizing a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
Thank you to everyone who supported our first draw. A total of 1,376 tickets were sold for a total jackpot of $2,030 and net proceeds will help Cycling BC to continue to provide high-quality coaching, training, and development opportunities to athletes across all cycling disciplines, as well as to support the growth and development of local cycling clubs and events.
The first raffle draw on May 9, 2023, supports Cycling BC athlete development programs and Escape Velocity Cycling Club.
A second draw will take place on July 18, 2023; the winner will receive 50% of the total funds raised through ticket sales, with the other 50% going to Cycling BC athlete development programs and the Greater Victoria Velodrome Association.
Tickets for the next 50/50 raffle will be available for purchase online starting on May 23, 2023, at Cycling BC’s Rafflebox website at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/cyclingbc.
