The registration process for teams intending to register as UCI Continental Teams and UCI Women’s Continental Teams for 2025 has recently been made available by Cycling Canada.
Teams intending to register must inform Cycling Canada by September 28, 2024. Once you confirm your intent to register a team link will be provided for you to start uploading your documents.
All new teams must submit, at a minimum, the following information to Cycling Canada so they can send this information to the UCI for them to open a profile and send the login details to you:
- Team name
- Team contact person
- Team email
Key Dates include:
- Submit Team Information to Cycling Canada: By September 28, 2024
- Registration Opens: Week of October 1, 2024
- Submit Complete Registration Files to Cycling Canada: By October 16, 2024
- Payment to UCI: By November 1, 2024
- Submit Complete Registration Files to UCI: By November 11, 2024
Other requirements to be aware of include, but are not limited to:
- Team Representative details
- Team Name and Code
- Sample rider contract for legal review
- Safe Sport Training for all riders and staff
- Background checks for all staff
