The 2024 BC Cyclocross Provincial Championships took place at Watson Glen Park in Chilliwack, BC, on Sunday, November 3rd. With the fall foliage and plenty of mud resulting from the recent rainfall, the park made a picturesque setting for a Sunday cyclo-cross race. The expertly crafted course spanned an approximate 3-km loop within the park, winding its way through the challenging landscape complete with a daunting 30+ step staircase, treacherous off-camber slopes, wooden barriers, long straightaways and an array of tight turns!

The race featured both young and seasoned competitors competing for a provincial championship title, along with participants aiming for non-championship opportunities, such as the Citizen’s, Single-speed, or Kids races.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the race, a special kudos to THRASHERS Bike Club for hosting the provincial championships and a hearty congratulations to all of our 2024 BC Provincial Cyclocross Champions.
