Junior and U17 riders have a unique opportunity to pre-ride the 2023 National Cyclocross Championships course with four-time National Cyclocross Champion and National Team Coach/Cyclocross Lead, Michael van den Ham, at Layritz Park in Saanich, BC.
The pre-ride and guided course inspection is happening at 2:30 PM on Friday. November 24, 2023, at the Start/Finish area of the course at Layritz Park.
The pre-ride will provide an excellent opportunity to review key sections of the course to help riders at the CX National Championships and also provide a good template for how to do a pre-ride of any course in the future. The session will be designed to fit as a part of a common pre-race workout since riders will have a big race weekend ahead of them!

- 1 hour guided pre-ride of the Cyclocross Nationals Course including both slow-speed inspection laps, a “hot lap”, and a brief Q&A.
