Cycling BC U15/U17 Road Talent ID Camp at Hayman Classic

Cycling BC will be hosting a Talent Identification Camp for U15 and U17 riders in conjunction with the Hayman Classic Youth Stage Race in Penticton, BC.

This 1.5 day Mini-camp will include,

• Seminars for athletes and coaches including notable guest speakers from Canadian pro-cycling teams
• Talent Testing to identify potential junior athletes for selection to provincial program camps and the targeted athlete list and emerging junior talent for the 2020-2021 seasons.

Schedule:

Sunday, May 26

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Camp intake and opening seminar

6:30 PM: Social dinner (optional, cost not included)

Monday, May 27

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Two hour, 40-50KM social/recovery ride

12:00 PM: BBQ lunch for camp participants

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Seminars for athletes. The seminars will be informal, open Q&A, and open discussions are encouraged.

7:00 PM: Social dinner (optional, cost not included)
